New Alliance Between Print Audit® And Sharp Offers Unique MPS Solution

Calgary, Alberta - March 24, 2010 – Print Audit® and Sharp Electronics Corporation (Sharp USA) have entered into an agreement, beginning a mutually beneficial relationship that will present the office equipment industry with a Managed Print Services (MPS) solution designed to help dealers increase profits while lowering their customers’ print costs.

As part of the new agreement, Sharp USA will offer Print Audit’s Print Audit 6 and Facilities Manager tools as a suite of products known as the RemoteFleet(SM) Print Management Solution. While Sharp dealers have been using Print Audit’s products for several years, Sharp USA has decided to further the relationship based on success its dealers have experienced in the field.

Each element of the RemoteFleet Suite will aid both dealers and customers in sustaining efficient and cost-effective print environments. For example, the Rules module of the RemoteFleet Suite gives companies the power to redirect print jobs from high-cost to more efficient devices. Furthermore, the RemoteFleet Analysis and Recovery modules enables companies to track virtually all of the printing in their offices, and charge users for their printing needs.
