An SBB Certification standard was born (www.sbbcertified.com) and dealers in the United States, Australia, the UK, and the world over began to offer Seat Based Billing to their customers. With this in mind, we thought it was important to update the Essential Guide to reflect advancements in the ecosystem and in the model.
