2017 Print Audit Year In Review

Posted by West McDonald on Dec 20, 2017, 1:33:49 PM

HappyHolidaysPA2017.jpg2017 has been an incredibly busy and exciting year for Print Audit and as the year draws to a close we are excited to share some of the highlights.  For this year’s “Year In Review” you get to meet and hear from the senior management team members for both Print Audit and NeoStream.  There are some new faces on the executive team and we thought you’d like the chance to get to know them a little better.  Everybody was asked to share one highlight from 2017.  Here they are:

Chief Executive Officer
Print Audit

“I’m very proud of how the NeoStream and Print Audit teams have come together this year.  Cultural fit is typically the downfall of acquisitions and we seem to have jumped that hurdle.  I am also proud of how our teams have handled our incredible growth this year.  Growing is good but it can be very stressful and our teams really came together.”

President
NeoStream Technologies

“The merger of two successful companies - NeoStream and Print Audit - has been a wonderful experience.  Most exciting for us on the NeoStream side is the ability to offer PlacePoint to an international community of Print Audit partners and their customers.  Document Management is experiencing a ‘tipping point’ in the small and mid-size business market, and PlacePoint is a fantastic solution to help companies move forward with their Digital Transformation.

"The thing I’m most proud of for the year would have to be seeing SBB (Seat Based Billing) flourish.  We’ve moved beyond theory, all the hard work has paid off, and our Premier members are signing SBB contracts.  IT’S HAPPENING!!! Excuse my enthusiastic outburst. :)  Print Audit made it our mission in 2017 “To Save The Office Equipment Industry”, and high margin SBB contracts becoming a reality is a sure sign that it’s happening.  I couldn’t be more excited or proud of our Premier members for being bold and innovative and for working with us on this initiative.  It’s paying off for everybody involved.”

Vice President Operations
NeoStream Technologies

“Witnessing customer-driven innovation is certainly a highlight for 2017.  It’s been fun watching our clients find new and creative ways to use PlacePoint.  To have them bring forward a new feature request, a new use-case or an idea that results in expanding our software – it’s very rewarding.  The way people get their work done is changing and there’s no going back.  When I hear PlacePoint has enabled someone to be more productive in their workday, it makes me happy.  Bring on 2018!”

Vice President
Worldwide Distribution
Print Audit

“The continued growth statistics by our Premier and Accelerator dealers shows the tremendous value provided by Print Audit solutions: In North America alone, our subscription resellers now have Print Audit device tracking active at more than 33,000 customers with a growth of more than 20% in the past year. Even more significant is the 75% growth in user level and secure print management applications, with more than 500,000 workstation seats now being tracked by this select group of dealers. We see a great year upcoming with many new dealers coming on board and growth for all of these continuing at an accelerating rate.”

Vice President of Product Development
NeoStream Technologies

“With the Print Audit and NeoStream teams coming together, this was a very interesting and rewarding year. I am happy with how well the two sides have formed a cohesive team that enjoys working together. The thing I am most proud of is how effectively PlacePoint was used to create a product offering that is not only easy to install and configure, but that also provides tremendous opportunity for our dealers. I can't wait to see the results paying off for them in 2018.”

JamesHS.jpgJames Hills
Vice President of Sales
Print Audit

“With a mission statement as bold as ours (Save the Office Equipment Industry), were lucky to have amazing partners and customers. They do not suffer the status quo bias (we’ve always done it this way!) that so many companies do. Our customers recognize the issues and are willing to step out of their comfort zone to address them. Overcoming this bias is difficult, but extremely rewarding, and seeing our Premier members do it is what I am most proud of. Each subscription member who buys in on this moves the industry needle toward a higher margins and diversity, and thus sustainability.”

NicholasHS.jpgNicholas Broskovich
Vice President Client Services
NeoStream Technologies

“An interesting year indeed.  The amount of ground that we’ve covered in the advancement of our product offering is truly amazing. We’re excited to offer to our dealers a pre-configured, ready-to-use enterprise document management solution aimed at the small to mid-size market. All at an affordable price, and with virtually no configuration required.  I am excited for 2018!”

As 2017 draws to a close, everybody at Print Audit & NeoStream would like to wish all of our partners, customers and friends a Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays. We look forward to working with you all in 2018 in our continued mission to save the office equipment industry.

Now it’s your turn! What did you do this year that you are proud of? What milestones would you like to share? What are you looking forward to in 2018? We can’t wait to hear about it all!
