What an incredible and exciting year it has been at Print Audit!  As is our tradition, we’re going to look back on the year that was and share some of the highlights of all that Print Audit has been up to in the past 12 months, the things we’ve been doing to make the office equipment industry stronger and more robust!  12 items for 12 months, let’s get started!

SBB_logo_outlines#12: Refined the managed print business model of the future:  We call it SBB (Seat Based Billing) and DBB (Device Based Billing). No matter which acronym you like best, Print Audit has continued to lead the way by helping office equipment dealers to implement alternative billing models for their end-user customers.  Not sure if you’ve noticed, but SBB has become a thing in 2018. We’re kind of thinking you noticed.

#11: Infinite User Management storm:  Sometimes you just need to let go of the old and embrace the new.  2018 saw us make waves with the replacement of Print Audit 6 with the new and improved Infinite User Management, or IUM.  If seat placements are any indication, the market has told us loud and clear that the new offering is pretty darn good.

#10: Grew our sales team:  Print Audit grew its sales team by hiring 4 new professionals to deal with the growing demand for our solutions.  We have more bench strength to help dealers in more areas of the country than ever before. They are an A-team to be certain and are helping more office equipment dealers to grow their businesses than ever before.

MPSA_Best_MPS_Innovation-2018-1#9: Awarded the MPSA Innovation Award for efforts with SBB: The stuff we talked about in #12? Well, the office equipment channel liked our efforts so much that they awarded us the MPSA Innovation award!  You know what else is cool? It’s the first time in history that the award was given for a collaborative effort: GreatAmerica Financial Service, Clover Imaging Group, and Print Audit!

#8: Insight BI Dashboard “What if” scenario improvements:     Print Audit was the first RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) provider to create Business Intelligence dashboards for managed print, and in 2018 we had a pretty cool feature for those doing Seat Based Billing: The “What If” Calculator.  Using real customer user, device and document data, the “What If” Calculator gave dealers the ability to show their customers, on the fly, the real financial value of improving inefficient print behaviors.

#7: Released first audio E-Guide:  The busier we get, the harder it gets to learn.  Print Audit created the industries first audio E-Guide so that busy dealer principals could gain valuable learning while commuting in their cars or burning a few calories on the treadmill.  More audio E-Guides will be coming in 2019 to help office equipment dealers refine and improve their business models and processes.

#6:  PlacePoint-IT released:  You know who’s busier than anybody? I.T. people, that’s who! PlacePoint-IT was developed to help busy I.T. managers to better manage their time and workflows. Simple, powerful, intuitive, and unique to the industry. Giving I.T. professionals more time back to focus on mission critical efforts is what it’s all about.

iStock-937862552#5: Highest employee satisfaction rates ever:  All of this awesome couldn’t happen without the incredible efforts and collaborative know-how of our people.  We survey employee satisfaction every year, and the results this year were more positive than ever. Why is everybody so happy? Because the market is loving everything that they are producing!

#4:  Enjoyed double digit growth in Latin America:  Print Audit Latin America continued to impress by posting some of the largest growth numbers of all our divisions.  Our solutions have been knocking it out of the park in Latin America thanks to an incredible team and some incredible partnerships.

#3:  Trained more dealers and dealer sales reps than ever in our history:  Our training group has been busy helping dealers and their sales teams to sell managed print in new and more modern ways.  The office equipment channel has shown us that they want to take their businesses to the next level (and their competitors are feeling the heat!).

PA_infinite_brandmark_DL_860#2:  Unified all of our offerings under the “Infinite” brand:  If you want to find a user, document, device, or document management solution that will fit all your needs, just look for the Infinite logo! All of our offerings are now under the “Infinite” brand and it’s easier than ever to find the solution that best fits your business needs! It was a lot of work, but infinitely rewarding.  Ha. See what I did there?

#1: Print Audit acquired by ECi Software Solutions Inc.:  Can you believe it?!  Print Audit has always been an incredible company, and ECi proved that they thought so too.  Now that we’re part of a bigger family with a host of unique and industry leading solutions, imagine what the top 12 highlights will be for us in 2019!

2018 is nearly in the rear view mirror and it has been a busy and rewarding year to be certain.  Now it’s your turn! What are some of your businesses highlights for 2018, the things you are most proud of?  What innovations and/or awesome things would you like to share?
