iStock-585792220.jpgUnless your business still thinks the Yellow Pages are a great sales and marketing resource, you have likely begun efforts to beef up your marketing efforts with useful and original content.  You know that being seen as an authority on subjects is a thing now, no matter what you sell. You also know that Google ranks your website on the amount of original and useful content you are generating. You are aware that your customers are more self-serve than ever and have likely made much of their purchase decision before they ever talk to you.  Yeah, I said it: “Self Serve.” Inbound marketing is critical when customers do so much of their research online.

Not all content is created equally and it can be daunting trying to determine what will generate the most bang for your buck.  Don’t panic! I’ve been at the front end of this myself. During my time at Print Audit I’ve spent a lot of time building and honing a strong content marketing practice.  Because we’re a pretty awesome company, we’re going to share some of the best resources we’ve found so you don’t have to learn it all the hard way.  In no particular order, here are 5 golden resources for you to draw inspiration from so you can build a content marketing program that sells:

10 Sure-Fire Headline Formulas That Work:   A rose by any other name: Your blog titles could mean the difference between a few clicks or a few hundred leads!  Brian Clark offers up a smorgasbord of ways to improve your headlines so you can grow your readership by leaps and bounds.
