According to Photizo Group, print volumes per user are on the decline.  In their Supplies Forecast 360 report from August of 2014 the decline in worldwide shipments of laser and desktop inkjet media shipments are crystal clear.  They state a decline of 1.8 percent compound annual growth rate (CAGR).  If you are a dealer running a managed print program that isn’t very good news.
