Posted by West McDonald on Dec 19, 2016, 8:00:00 AM

As you’ve no doubt noticed Print Audit has been very, very busy.  Our mission this year was to save the office equipment industry through transformation!   In 2016 we decided to put all of our efforts into this mission, and the results have been incredible.  Our Premier and Premier Plus members know this first hand, but for others, you might be surprised at all the new things we’ve developed to the betterment of the channel as a whole.  Here are some of the things we’ve been up to:

NeoStream Acquisition:  This was no small undertaking but absolutely critical to the health of the industry.  Our Premier Plus members can now monitor and manage the entire document workflow of an office whether documents are printed or digital!  You can learn more by reading the press release.

Complementary B.I. Dashboard: One of the most well recieved innovations to come out of Print Audit in the last couple of years is Insight, a Business Intelligence dashboard for managed print. It is the only B.I. dashboard that marries device, user, document, market metrics and MPS readiness reports. Free to all of our Premier members! You can see an example here.
